A Public Forum

This blog has been created with the intention to become one of the most active social forums in India, where all those who use the internet, the so called literates can actually discuss day to day socio economic, cultural, political and all sorts of issues with fellow Indians in order to critically analyse and ascertain the actual status of the issue rather than believing the various versions of the different media. Hence if you are a patriotic Indian pledging to work for the cause, please do follow us and take part in the discussions. Make sure that you strictly restrict yourself from swears, adult contents and any jokes. Thank you all!

Religion Should Be A Way of Life and Not A Way to Ruin Life

India is a country that is supposed to be secular. In reality, we are just trying to be tolerant and not secular. Thanks to the Professor who taught me that Secularism means “forming and running a government without the influence of religion” that I now completely understand that we are the least secular set of people ever. Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam became the president of India only because the then BJP central government wanted to prove that it was not against any religion, especially Islam, even though they have their fair stake in the Babur masjid attack.

Anything and everything that is simple, is being blown out of proportion if the religion element gets added to it. The one reason that has led me to write this is the recent development on Kamal Hassan's film “Viswaroopam”. The film features a villain who is a Muslim and hence the movie is facing a number of cases under the plea "Anti-muslim". In fact, the movie “Thuppakki” also faced a similar situation. There is one thing that we all must agree to and that is, in reality, the major terrorist groups are all based on one religion called ISLAM and most of them originate from the middle-east or the north-westernmost part of Asia where all the Islamic Republics are crowded together. It was Jinnah and a few other stupid people who wanted the country split into three pieces based only on religion and not to mention the stupid Theory of “New relationship after Divorce”. We are still paying alimony in many ways.

The movies are not portraying Muslims to be bad. If there is a situation that demands narrating a conflict or a crisis between two nations, one being majorly Hindu and the other purely being Islam, one should go with the story and be happy that the villain is from the other nation and not our own. It is all about nationality damn it! and nothing else. It is Gandhi’s, Jinnah’s and Nehru’s fault if all Pakistanis are Muslims. It is Pakistan’s fault if it produced militants and terrorists out of its womb. Being an Indian Muslim, depicting a Muslim terrorist  should not be bitter at all, as it is a war that is being fought for the country and not for the religion. If being in India and watching films that depict those criminals is bitter, then that person must choose to go and live in a place like Pakistan.

Hindu is the way we native Indians live and we are tolerant to let the other invaders and converted people live the way they like. Islam is not the religion of this nation. Hinduism is! There is no religion that is lesser than the other, unless it provokes unwanted terrorism. The incident where our very own Hindu Home Minister alleged the BJP for unleashing the HINDU TERROR is very depressingly contrasting to what the other people are up to. He is only doing that to prove that he is a so called secularist and that the BJP, his opponents have to be put down and it has got nothing to do with the non-existent love for the nation. He even goes an extra mile to add respect to terrorists and call them with "ji" as suffix! Asshole! People, please get real. We are all teamed up as nations to fight and there is no other system of classification that is healthy or important in the present situation. Why can’t we think about India as a single nation and as nothing else? When are we going to get real, face the real issues with a broad mind and stop halting the judicial and legal systems in the nation by dropping in heavy baggage of unwanted shit??? Can someone file a case against Google for showing images of only Muslims when searched with the keyword "Terrorist"?

Talking about the religions, one should read the history to find that India was a country that never indulged in any conquests. It was so only because of the religion that was quite straight forward and held people stronger and focused towards greatness and not about killing someone who does not follow what the religion says. It has always been about live and let live. It is really good to be obsessed with god and Hinduism did that to the people really well. If there is something that is going wrong, it is nice to go and talk to THE GOD like a friend and that would help ease up the pain. If there is happiness, again it is time to give credits to THE GOD and not let it go to the head too much and ruin oneself and their relationships, for people generally do not like one who is filled too much with the self. But still, everything has a limit. The main point that I am trying to make here is that we have to fight as a nation and be united albeit so many differences and give sense to the proud slogan we attach to our nation - "Unity in Diversity!". If not, we have to prepare ourselves to be put down by domination, possibly by the USA or by China, if China becomes more powerful than any other nation in the world by several folds. (Which is what the Chinese want right now and they are working together for the same!)

There are even possibilities that they both gang-up on us! So we have to be together as a nation!

If all the Muslims in India take their Muslim role model to be Dr. A. P. J who fought the Pakistani nuclear threat with his "Indian" inside of him and not as a person who practices ISLAM, then there would be no reason to make a great deal about silly things like these.

Shy To Claim Your Own Rights People? SHIT!

When a beggar comes begging to us, we look at that person and immediately become judgmental. I have seen that only old ladies and old men or those who have a disability would be given money by the people. Even if someone gives these beggars, some money, then that would mostly be Rs 2 and not much. We think that it would be more than enough? Well, really? What can we get today? A small groundnut chikki costs 2 Rs today and in some hotels, one single idly costs 15 Rs!!!

That is just one side. Here is the other side. I had been to a nearby bakery to get some fresh bread 2 days ago. Two guys, roughly of my age came up to the shopkeeper and asked him to give them each, a bottle of coca cola 200 mL. They asked how much they had to pay and the shopkeeper demanded Rs 12 for each bottle. There are advertisements all around the country that says that coca cola 200 mL glass bottle is now selling at Rs 8 per drink. I was really shocked to see that the boys paid up without even looking at the price tag printed on the neck of the bottle. The slicing and packing of the loaf of bread that I had asked for, was taking some time and I could not stand this ignorance from their part. So i calmed myself down, politely called one of them and explained that they are paying 50% more for their drink.

For the news: http://post.jagran.com/coca-cola-lowers-price-of-200ml-coke-bottle-to-rs8-1329391820

That guy looked a the price tag and told the other one that I was right. I was happy momentarily and to my horror, the other one said that its ok and that they shouldn't ask the shopkeeper about it. They had their drink and vanished. I had a talk with that shopkeeper about this and he told me that generally the bottle comes with an MRP tag of Rs 10per piece and they sell it at Rs 12 per piece and he did not notice that the MRP had dropped by Rs 2! ignorant shopkeeper? Good for him!!! Then I asked him "WHY 2 RS extra?" he replied...."I am chilling the bottle". So, people, what does MRP inclusive of all taxes mean?

I am still unable to digest this that I thought of punching my keys rather than punching those faces!

Who SHOULD save this Nation?
